"At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless."

"It has the potential to be very good. The property size is very good and the gardens are all private and not over looked. The issue is it needs a lot of refurbishment. Nothing totally fundamental but to give you a theme we had a 3 bed villa. None of the doors properly close so you get bugs coming in at night you’re not careful. "In the heart of Medina (old town). A 20 minute walk to Jena’s el-Fnaa. Only a 6 minute walk to Bab Aylan as a close/main pickup location for the tours & excursions. The Riad staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfasts were delicious. I would recommend that the guests book their transportation to/from the airport through the Riad.
