"This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via...

Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce séjour et comptons y revenir... nous sommes arrivé vers les 1h du matin et comme ont c’était perdu ! Il a pas hésité à venir nous chercher..."

"The property was delightful- so esthetically done up and with such thoughtful details. The staff was very courteous and helpful and always so good with any requests we made. The hospitality was so heartwarming- we were served hot tea and cookies when we arrived and were served lunch as soon as we were ready for it. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5-year old and he loved being in there. The breakfast was all home made and fresh with different items served each time- the yogurt, amlou, honey...

"Es war wunderbar und ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem beheiztem Pool mit sehr freundlichem und äusserst hilfbereitem Personal. Aussergewöhlich reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gut gelegen direkt beim kleinen Shopping-Center Al Mazar, nahe der Medina (7min Taxi) und nach des Flughafen (15min Taxi). Liegt in der Abflugschneise des Flughafens."

"We stayed at the Riad for 10 nights. The Riad had organised airport transfers so it was quick and efficiently done. The location of the Riad was great - close enough to get to the centre of the Medina and sights within 15 minutes but away from the late night crowds and noise. The Room/Riad was cleaned every day. "The staff at the Riad were kind, courteous and friendly. Everything was presented with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The night manager, Abdel was great and deserves special praise. Breakfast was also excellent with tea, coffee and a range of local food. We would highly recommend!"
