We had a wonderful stay. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the decor is great. Only complaint (coming from someone not in top shape) is that the stairs are narrow and steep.

Beautiful place with bags of character, fantastic aroma in the courtyard from oil burner with the fragrance available to buy, excellent food, rooftop views of Jamaa El-Fnna but not so close that it's noisy. Caring, attentive staff and a gorgeous cat called Mimi.

I was met at the airport right on time. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated with local cultural items and the rooftop terrace is lovely, comfortable and gives a view of the market, mosque and other points of interest. I was accompanied to meet the driver when I left, which was a relief as there are lots of cars and taxis. Arranging dinner the night I arrived was a good choice and was good local food. Staff were helpful and friendly. I rarely tip, but I did this time.

This is a great hotel to stay, it is in a perfect location in Marrakech near from Medina, rooms are really comfortable and everything is very clean. The best is the staff support, they are always helpful and with excellent attitude.

Good stay

Had a good stay with our big group of friends. AC in room was good. Nice staff. Breakfast had more sweet cakes and marmalades than we are used to. Some from the group had a nice dinner arranged on the rooftop and they liked it.

Nice little off the beaten path location. Basically in the center of everything. It's almost on top of Jemaa El Fnaa. Little restaurants, bigger, depending on what you want. Easy to meet your tour groups from here. Staff is friendly, attentive make an effort to know you. Dinner was a surprising 3 course affair and it was so good. Worth the stay
