"Everything was overly stained. The carpet, the sofa and the office chair needs a biohazard sticker on it. We slept in our sleeping bags on top of the bed. I think our Brentwood days are done until there's an update."

"This wasn't a bad stay but we did have a few hitches in the stay. The room had a really musty (damp) smell to it. Our refrigerator was not cold enough and the knob was broken off to turn it so we had to use a screwdriver to turn it. The room wasn't the cleanest: the sheets had a blood stain on them ..."
