"I don’t live far away, so I’ve been coming to Vancouver for many many years. This is definitely the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve had in that time. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a room with the most panoramic view. One can imagine. Of course, the perfect weather didn’t help. We had an excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We were reluctant to leave our room to attend the boat show because it was such a luxurious environment. We’ve even managed to fit in a hot tub sit surrounded by the incredible scenery of mountains, water and city scapes. Location of this hotel is extremely convenient. It is close to everything that you would want to visit in Vancouver. This will be our new home in Vancouver whenever we visit. "

"From check in to check out our stay was perfect! We booked an overnight stay at the start of the busy Christmas season and it was the perfect experience! Staff were all smiles and super helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and full of options! We had the most gorgeous view as well! Thank you!! "

"What a beautiful hotel, from the entry to the adjoining sitting room in our suite, I felt a relaxing sight one over me. Clean, comfortable and classy. The robe and slippers added a feel of luxury. The staff were accommodating and polite from an early check-in to bag storage, all of our needs were met. I will be back! "
