"Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "
