Our room was spacious and lovely and we even got upgraded for the extra night we decided to stay to one of the beautiful villas. The staff is really the highlight. "This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a while and we have traveled a lot! Great location in Agios Nikoloas. Easy walks to everything. The spa was wonderful with a heated indoor pool and no extra charge. The staff was top notch all around! The breakfast was so wonderful and varied daily . If you are vegan there are numerous excellent options. The hotel room had a sofa and a balcony which was really nice. The outdoor pools are not heated. We were there the middle of October and still went swimming in the sea on a catamaran tour and it was worth it!"

"The staff were amazing, front desk very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are pretty basic, but have everything you need. One of my bath towels was dirty at arrival but was switched out quickly by the staff. The food buffet is good, lot of variety however the seating in the dining area is partially inside and out. If the weather is poor and outdoor seating isn't open then finding somewhere to sit can be frustrating."

"It is a good property and nice to be off the main drag. The rooms and furnishings are very nice, as is the breakfast and pool areas. The staff are friendly and generally very responsive. However there are some issues, mostly linked to the vistas of the rooms and the fitness centre having no cardio machines. The property is over 100m from the beach and the sea views are over a car park and or scrub land."

"We just returned from a week at Nana Royal and had a wonderful stay. The facilities, ambience and staff are fantastic. We stayed in a room with a sea front view and shared private pool. There was a great deal to do within the resort and a lot of dining options to choose from. If I had to choose something that could be improved upon, it would be the food quality in some of the à la carte restaurants, a few things were rather basic and bland but this really didn’t detract from an overall great experience."
