"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"This place was incredibly nice. We stayed in the Bye Felicia suite and there were plenty of comfortable beds and the bathroom was very nice. There isn’t really a true living room or kitchen but a common area with a counter and a sink. The worst part was getting up and down steep stairs to get to the suite. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is looking rather tired. The room itself was nicely appointed with a small kitchen but the couch was old and in need of replacement, the mattress was too soft and the sheets and bed coverings were old. Breakfast lounge was undergoing a major renovation but they made provision for us at their attached sister property. The breakfast was actually quite good! I don't remember being advised that the hotel was undergoing some renovations when I booked. Had I known, we may have booked...

"Staff was great. Room was quite & clean. Hotel had parking. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. Only problem was hair dryer did not work and I forgot to tell front desk. I will go back if I return there."

"There was a mild inconvenience with regards to the water not being able to work. As a result, the hotel had to shut off the water which was disruptive to our stay as my husband and I could not have a bath. In addition, when the water came back, brown liquid was coming out of the taps. It was no ones fault that the pipes burst, the hotel was very accommodating but having us pay half price."
