"This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. Although the guesthouse is off the beaten path, it is worth the drive, and it is actually only 20 minutes...

"We stayed here for one night. The check-in process is actually outside in the hallway, and you have to check yourself in. The rooms are OK — a bit small, but still fine for a short stay. I couldn’t get the AC to work because both the AC unit and thermostat are quite outdated. Luckily, the night was cool, so we just left the balcony door open. "Zunächst, der Gasthof und das Zimmer sind wirklich gut. Die Besitzerin sehr nett. Preis ist erschwinglich. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist aber das Restaurant schon seit Jahren geschlossen, Frühstück gibt es auch keins. Das war leider weder auf Expedia noch auf der Webseite zu erkennen. Dennoch netter kurzer Aufenthalt, in Laufnähe ist ein anderer Gasthof wo man Essen konnte."

The breakfast service was disappointing, our omelette was discussing but the rest of the breakfast was good and had a lot of verity....

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE.
