"More like a bed and breakfast. The location was great, the staff are friendly and the beds were comfortable, though the water and coffee weren’t replenished every day and breakfast choices were somewhat limited. Overall a lovely place and a good location."

"Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples. Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there."

"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."
