"I waited three hours at the property without the lockbox code before someone came to check me in. Once in the room, the cleaning had not been done. Even after the cleaning was completed, a strong mold smell persisted. When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later....

"The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear."

"So the pluses are a central location and a clean apartment. On the down side you have to pay €40 for someone to meet you with a key if you get in late (even if due to a delayed flight). The communication on this isn’t on the Hotels.com website. The place smells of used fat and stale ciggarette smoke and it’s tiny and tricky to get suitcases through narrow corridors. It’s also in party central and the noise outside went on until around 4am which the windows and shutters offer scant protection...

Accomodation was perfect for a family of 4, great communication and check in out was very easy. We have had a lovely break in Turin and would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

"L'accoglienza è stata un disastro.Ci hanno consegnato la chiave in una struttura vicino alla casa e non è venuto nessuno con noi a dare le indicazione di nulla sulla gestione di essa.
