"Staff were incredibly helpful. Very clean and comfy rooms. Great location. Would highly recommend. The street is just a little noisy at night so I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers."

"very nice place, good location, friendly staff"

"It’s close to everything. Anna was very helpful and nice. I just wish the bathtub/jacuzzi wasn’t there, it could’ve made the room more spacious."

"We were a little unsure when we arrived from the outside, but the place is really nice inside. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. It’s definitely a suite like room. Nice view of the street area below. The receptionist Martina was just wonderful to deal with. She is very polite, professional and very helpful. Martina had great suggestions during our stay and arrange for a taxi when we checked out of the hotel. Thanks Martina for making our stay very pleasant . I’m sure someone else will...

Por suerte nos quedamos solo una noche pero hay muchísimo mejores opciones por el mismo precio. A pesar de ello agradezco a Nicola por sus atenciones"

"Minimal signage to locate the hotel. Couldn’t see from the street. Had to be shown directions. Staff was lovely."

"We enjoyed the stay totally. It was a great experience staying at the property. Giovanni was very kind and patient right from begininng until the end. The property is in an excellent location, right close to the center. Also close to the metro line. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience."

"Una estancia cómoda, buena ubicación y acceso a medios de transporte."

We had to pull all our luggage a block and a half over a rough surfaced sidewalk to get to the building entrance, then walk up two flights of stars to reach the "guest house" because the elevators are coin operated most of the time. Management provides coins once checked in, but getting to that point was labor intensive after a long...
