We had an incredible time at Nobu! From the moment we arrived, the staff and manager were very helpful and made everything effortless. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful design, amazing views, and top-notch facilities. Our room was super comfortable and spotless, with a balcony perfect for enjoying the sun. The food was outstanding! The breakfast was amazing too . Loved the spa, and being right on the beach was a huge plus. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Marbella, this place is a must. Can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed

Nobu Marbella is not a stand alone resort as one might expect; instead, it is embedded in the much larger Puente Romano Beach Resort and Spa and while the resort boasts an impressive selection of restaurants, it was hardly a tranquil weekend as hotel rooms face a nightclub with pounding music until early morning. Not great.

Loved the staff, especially the waiter at Gaia and Nobu and the massage therapist Galina. Housekeeping was great as well. Loved the wonderful beds and smells. Nobu restaurant truley the best. Facilty needs maintenance, especially a plumber. Our shower in the room continuously had issues. Then went to spa and not only was there an issue with that rain shower but also in three of the 8 spa options. Jets not functional or set too strongly, etc. Lots of construction around the area, especially near spot to rent bikes. Lastly, facility not booked out and yet they charge for day beds at the pools. That does not make sense. If you are willing to sit in chairs no charge but if you want to lay by yhe pool, significant charge added even though you're staying there. I get an upcharge if facility is full but many times it was only one or two couples. Thats it, overall loved the extras with No bu, the people, the smells, the food, the beds etc but next time in Marabella maybe will try another location on the beach.

Everything is wonderful about the hotel - however, you need to be prepared for the night club music playing into the night (until about 3am), which is quite loud. I slept with my headphones on. Otherwise, exceptional. The breakfast is about the best I have had at a hotel, huge variety and everything is delicious. The gym location is a bit far from the hotel as it is down by the water; additionally, it only opens at 7am, so if you are an EARLY riser, it is a run or yoga!

Good hotel, central location, lovely room (main building) amazing breakfast and stuff , but the welcoming of the reception and especially the kids club is awful. We just walked in the kids club although tehre was only 1 child nobody welcomed us or said hello. No body introduce us to the environment or any information is given. Was very bad, untidy, unattended service we received.
