"date travelled 1st wk oct 2026 room was very clean and cleaned every day, room was well maintained,all staff friendly and supportive. only negative would be socket availability and location within room. Generally the hotel is good but some areas could do with upgrading. lower floor rooms road facing could be subjected to some road or pedestrian noise. but road facing rooms have late afternoon sun, pool area goes into shade from about 4pm at this time of year."

"Staff engagement/service are at International 5-star levels. Breakfast choice/range/service excellent. Minor disappointment is smaller rooftop pool is 30-40cm deep so really there for show but that's a property design restriction. Overall an excellent team and a very well run hotel. IHG would do well to send this property management team elsewhere in the group to improve other management teams (Intercontinental Forshan, Doha, ANA Tokyo to name a few!)"
