Excelent apartment, full size kitchen, private terrace, extremely clean. A grocery store (mercadona) in walking distance and 2 small restaurants. Our host, Gloria, was excellent. Extremely helpful. Helped us a lot with all kind of informations.

Blir definitivt detta ställe om Marbella igen!

Professionell service och extremt bra reception - speciellt hon Patricia - som hjälpte oss redan från start med vår sena ankomst - till att tipsa om hur vi kan hitta bra lokala restauranger - som sparade oss massa pengar! Området man bor i är helt magiskt och poolen är supermysig! Nära till Mercadona också vilket har riktigt bra kvalité varor till 1/3 av priset det hade kostat i Sverige - och alla matvaror är färska och så mycket mer smak. Självaste lägenheten var fräsch och stilren. AC:n gjorde det kallare än i Sverige - så den funkade hur bra som helst. 9/10 stjärnor får den och om jag besöker Marbella igen - Blir det definitivt detta ställe igen! 👌

Lummigt och centralt läge nära Puerto banus

Lägenheten var i okej skick, ganska spartansk och sliten inredning med en gnisslande säng. Det verkar vara en privat lägenhet som hyrdes ut via hotellet. Jättetrevlig personal och mysigt grönt och lummigt område med en välskött pool precis nedanför vår balkong. Mercadona ligger inne på området och har precis allt som behövs! Puerto banus ligger 2km promenad från hotellet och erbjuder en milslång strandpromenad i två riktningar. Grymt läge verkligen! Man fick hyra handdukar för en femtiolapp per person.

Two storey affordable penthouse with 3 balconies!

Serinamar deserved to get a full credit for fabulous service and a lovely and cosy apartment. Why? -Comprehensive introduction to the place and sharing all relevant information about services and amenities - GREAT 24/7 communication through the whatsapp messenger (I did have a few issues with the hot water and induction hob) - Very friendly and helpful staff (we could use their facility after checking out) The Apartment. WOW. It was a massive two storey, 1 bedroom penthouse with 2 balconies and spacious private terrace on the roof with a beautiful scenery on the surrounding villas and astonishing mountains. The flat was fully equipment with absolutely everything including BBQ and charcoal. Everything was new and functional. The estate looked well maintained especially surrounding plants, lawn and the swimming pool area. Unfortunately some of the floor tiles on the communal staircase are chipping off and need to be replaced. The estate's located about 5mins drive or 25mins walk from the famous Peurto Banus, but you can get a free shuttle to the beach and back. However, the services are operating between 11:30am to 1pm then 6pm to 9:30pm. Out of these hours you need to relay on the local taxi or uber (about 6 euro to Peurto Banus. If you looking for the place to party you will be disappointed. It's very quiet estate with mainly Spanish people and families. If you looking for the place to relax and enjoy spacious terrace you're gonna love it!

Good place

Very nice place close to city attractions. I recommend it, but of course you need your own car to move around.
