Margaritaville Resort Orlando with H2O Waterpark

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of things that made our stay less enjoyable. One issue was that the pool towels were taken away as soon as you left the pool area, which was very inconvenient. Also, the hotel was kept extremely cold, especially in the common areas. We were traveling with children, and every time we came inside from the pool, they were freezing because the indoor temperature was so low. With a few improvements in these areas, our stay would have been much more comfortable."

"We had a wonderful family vacation at The Grove Resort. The resort is beautiful, the water park was a big hit with our children, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient. The staff was always polite and tried their best to help whenever we had questions. We especially appreciate the management for listening to our concerns and working to resolve them. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as our room was cleaned quite late during the day on some occasions. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we would be happy to return in the future. Thank you to everyone at The Grove Resort for helping make our family vacation a memorable one."

"Swimming pools are awesome and the breakfast buffet was well stationed with 2 locations. Outdoor activities was a blast if you booked extra days from the theme parks. We booked the room with the balcony and the daily view was outstanding. Remember, they may not have daily cleaning but anytime we asked for towels it was delivered. This place hits all the marks, close location to Disney and Universal. Quiet rooms, if you ask for top floors. Nice restaurants nearby to eat in the late evenings. Bright, clean, well decorated lobby. and safe parking lot. 3 things to make this hotel 5 stars + 1/ add a shower rod with drapes ( we brought our own from previous reviews) 2/ redo all the bathroom sinks to standard size so water doesn’t spill everywhere (we just placed a thin towel in front of it) 3/ add a standard small safe in your closets (we kept all our iPads etc in our locked car gloved compartment)"

"Family and I always love staying at this resort. This last stay was lovely. The grounds and pool areas are well kept and relaxing. Staff is always friendly and I appreciate how hard everyone works. First room we went into smelled like cat urine and front desk gave us another room which was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We did notice something new this time. Management had made requests for us, the guests, to help the housekeeping department. We were essentially asked to do their job. Now, we complied because it wasn’t a burden to us. We took out the garbage, ran the dishwasher and put all the towels in the sink. I drew the line at stripping the bed linens. My point being, if this is overwhelming for the housekeepers, you don’t ask the guests to pick up the slack. Management should hire more staff and pay their employees a decent wage! Makes me hesitant to book this resort in the future. Just a matter of time before they penalize you if you don’t complete these tasks."
