Fortunately we could upgrade the room upon arrival, because the Bamboo Suite was not what we thought: it was a tiny bedroom with no storage space, and a shared common room. All the bungalows are built in traditional style, all wood and with great natural ventilation. Not having air-con was never a problem.

Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone."
