"The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration."

"We truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Casa Nacpan felt like home all thanks to the staff. Breakfast was delicious and consistent by chef Kenjie, laundry service was offered, and Nacpan beach was a 3 min drive which was a plus. It’s a 25-30 min drive to El Nido, but much quieter and less busy which we loved. Magnus was very knowledgeable and recommended some spots for us to try. "This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves."

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...
