Convenient and clean hotel with good service.

The property is new and well-managed. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The window can be opened to allow some fresh air. The WiFi is good and the kettle with tea and coffee available in the room is handy. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. The buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Service is good. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to the train station and a tram station. There are supermarkets nearby.

Sehr ruhiges, sauberes und komfortables Zimmer. Gute Frühstückauswahl. Das Personal war überwiegend zuvorkommend. Leider wurde am Tag der Abreise mehrmals angeklopft und nachgefragt ob wir noch Zeit brauchen, obwohl noch mehr als 1 Stunde Zeit zum Check-out war. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und gut betreut. Ebenso positiv war, dass alle im Vorfeld der Reise angesprochenen Wünsche vollständig erfüllt wurden. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ich war 4 Nächte vor Ort und konnte keine einzige Nacht vernünftig schlafen. In der Nacht waren ständig total laut Geräusche zu hören als würde irgendwo im Haus gebohrt werden und zum Teil hat auch der Boden vibriert. Total unangenehm! In der zweiten Nacht habe ich das reklamiert und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es ein bekanntes Problem sei, das bei den Zimmern im 6. Stock besteht, da die Lüftung sehr laut arbeitet, wenn in einem der Zimmer die Lüftung angeschaltet sei. Die Reparatur könnte man aber nicht machen, da das sehr teuer sei und das Hotel dafür eine Zeit lang zusperren müsse… Ein anderes Zimmer konnte mir nicht angeboten werden, da ausgebucht. Ich wollte daher einen Preisnachlass - dies wollte man mir nicht gewähren da ich ja über einen externen Anbieter gebucht habe. Angeboten wurde mir ein weiteres Kissen (um beide Ohren abdecken zu können) oder eine gratis Tafel Schokolade vom Snackverkauf (I mean …). Für mich daher klar nie wieder Radisson! 0 Kundenservice. Für das gebotene „Erlebnis“ eindeutig zu teuer. Nebenbei bemerkt auch der Fitnessraum SEHR veraltet. Schade.

Schlechte Entwicklung ( Reservation,Empfang ....+)

Die Reservation am 6.1.25 über den übermittelten Radisson-Link war schlecht bis sehr schlecht (Telephon nur auf English, Buchung nur auf US$ ( non refundable) durchführbar. Empfang sehr schlecht: Ich solle "das Unterschreiben" dabei war Formular nur auf English +alle meine Daten falsch ( Geb. Datum , e-mail, Nationalität.....) obschon meine Daten seit Jahren im LanzCarré hinterlegt sind .....( Anwendung des DGOM Tarifes war nicht möglich......).

Séjour en famille avec mon fils. Rien à reprocher sur cet hôtel, très propre, chambre confortable, personnel très sympa. Seul bémol qu'il n'y ait pas de menu ou de plat pour enfant proposé au restaurant, car la carte est trop raffinée pour des enfants en bas âge, qui ont besoin de plats plus classiques. Sinon le petit-déj, très très bien, beaucoup de choix et de la qualité.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und verfügen über die übliche Ausstattung für ein 4-Sterne Haus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Hauptbahnhof.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, Zimmer war Sauber und nett eingerichtet für 1 Person. Frühstücken konnte man schon sehr früh, das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Personal war freundlich wie man es gewohnt ist. Mir hätte es geholfen wenn man vorab erklärt hätte, wie die schlüsselkarten funktionieren und wie man abschließen kann usw. Ein paar Sachen müsste ich mir selber denken und besitze glücklicherweise einen ich würde sagen durchschnittlichen IQ. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend, Essen natürlich teuer, aber gute Portionen und lecker. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten.

Erneut gebucht, etwas enttäuscht

Das Hotel wurde nunmehr zum zweiten Mal gebucht, leider diesmal etwas enttäuscht: Check-In nicht freundlich & zuvorkommend, wie dies für "Wiederholungsbucher" zu erwarten wäre, es mussten nochmals alle Daten papierhaft ausgefüllt werden; darüber hinaus Fassadenbauarbeiten, über welche jedoch zumindest vor Anreise per eMail informiert wurde. Ansonsten i.O.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande von Mannheim mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Die Strassenbahn ist ca.3-5min Laufweg vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel sauber und ruhig, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!
