They also provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a great breakfast featuring locally made pastries each morning. I hope to return to Talbot House soon. "I spent two nights in Ypres. The hotel was very centrally located yet quiet. The staff were friendly and very accomdating. The room was large, clean and well presented. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. I will definetly stay here again when cycling and/or visiting flander fields"

"Friendly staff, comfy quiet room. Plenty charging points. Cups were small but glad to have kettle and facilities for hot drinks. Hairdryer available and good hanging for clothes. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Staff lovely and chatty. "

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for...

"Everything was alright except that they make you pay for parking. It's a hotel next to motorway not in a city centre and it is a whopping 10 euros. Keep that in mind when looking for a cheap place."

"Accommodatie zeer goed, mooie parking. De ligging dicht bij de dijk van Middelkerke.De enige opmerking die we hebben, en deze heeft niet onmiddellijk met het hotel te maken, maar met de mensen die er logeren. Het was twee nachten zeer luidruchtig tot 02h30. Dit is wel wat overdreven. Misschien wel iets om door te geven aan het management."

"The Ibis hotel was great for us. We didn't try the breakfast because we thought it was too expensive. The room was great, although having the shower in the center of the room was a little awkward, and it would have been nice to have a door that actually latches on the room with the toilet instead of just a swinging door. For the most part our stay was comfortable and good."
