"A great budget hotel to stay in. Ask for an upper level room. There are little balconies that overlook the stream. You can watch squirrels and birds at any time of day. The lower level is a bit dark in my opinion. It is a great location close to cog railway, garden of the gods and downtown Manitou Springs. It is on a busy road."
