"Fantastic staff, quiet and clean place. Thank you for making our time here so great!"

"The location of the hotel was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice atmosphere."

"Loved it, would stay here again!"

"Loved the sauna and amazing mountain view!"

"i had a wonderful stay at this hotel for my first visit! i will absolutely be back ◡̈ great spacious and clean room, good, appreciated and easy to use amenities, and very nice staff. can’t wait for my next stay at the Tava Motel!"

"There were no bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Had to call the police around midnight for unruly guests above us. It was a convenient spot for an event. Definitely not worth the $220 for the night! It is an unmanned hotel and doesn't even offer a continental breakfast. If you need something right away on property, it takes a phone call to somewhere in the US! Very displeased for $220."

"The room was clean."

"The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic"

"Beautiful grounds, several hiking trails on property, close to Garden of the Gods and other hiking areas, wonderful breakfast"

"Excellent location with a nice walk along the creek trail into downtown Manitou Springs. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Very well run. Beautiful view of pikes Peak right outside my window!"

"Honestly this was a fantastic stay. The area is right off the highway and not far from state parks, garden of the Gods and all the places you would want to see. Theres a gas station right across the street if you have a rental. The breakfast was different everyday, very clean, nice hotel bar, indoor pool and no fee to park. We enjoyed our stay. And very comfy covers vs the thin sheets and covers some hotels have. And there’s a mini store downstairs with drinks and snacks. I say book!"

"My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues."

"The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

"Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking."

"Excellent service the breakfast was amazing one of the best 10/10 location was perfect and the rooms was just beyond amazing so clean"

"Highly recommend this hotel. Priced fairly and located well. Parking is not included, so it can be a challenge if you don’t pay for valet."

"Room was nice, some of the lights did not work."

"Very nice hotel, calm vibes, had a lot of things around it making it easy to do activities and try restaurants. I wish towels and bedding was changed out everyday like other hotels I’ve stayed at but doesn’t change my overall wonderful experience."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly"
