"they didn't hold my reservation. i showed up after midnight. no one at office, but a phone number to call for after 11pm . No one answered. we had to go down the street and find another place to stay after midnight. Stopped back the next day at 9 am to find out what happened. No good result. A VERY RUDE "manager" called me at 3pm to explain but she was terribel"

"The staff sent me a text with the room code. Pepsi was $30 extra, but not unexpected. Room was clean, place was quiet, and a great overnight stop for weary travelers. Bed was very comfortable, and amenities were clean and we felt secure. Parking was easy in front. Recommend for an overnight stay!"

Walking distance to shops and restaurants and very close to the kayaking tours. "The welcome when we arrived was amazing. Very friendly! It's "budget", but doesn't feel that way. It's a small motel, where it's obvious that they take pride in maintaining a pleasant, clean, reasonably priced place on the edge of downtown Munising. (So it's a great location, too.)"
