These were some of the friendliest staff we have met. The door men, Front Office, Housekeepers as well as Restaurant staffs were exceptional in their interactions. They all went out of their way to make sure our stay was secure and enjoyable. Opportunities would be the roaches that we encountered and the reliability of the WiFi.

Ok place to stay

The place is ok. The cleanliness has to be improved. The coffee spoon has still some stains and saw a small cockroach on the table. The bathroom is alright and was renovated. Overall so so place to stay. The rates should be lower since the place is old already to be more competitive.

Old Hotel Smell!

The hotel being a bit old had a funny smell to it and it bother us thru the night, might not be the case for someone else! I gotta say the traffic in the morning we hardly heard any and it was quiet, the staff was very polite but the smell of the room was not great.

This hotel has roaches even in their restaurant. The bed was itchy seems that linen and comforter was not wash good. Upon entering it smell old building. The owner should really make an effort to make it a better place to stay. Front desk has to disclose hidden charges. For those visitors,I will suggest ,upon receiving ur card key to show the front desk. Because what happened to us, we did not look and we just use it with a small crack. Those card key need to give it back to the front desk and we got charged bec. It's cracked that who knows their giving cracked card keys.... Towels was just like a rag. Instead of white, it's already black and it smells stinky. Really, not a recommendable place.

Staff are friendly but other services are average

The rooms need a makeover. My power cable got short circuit. Most of power sockets have been burnt out in the past with black marks all around, but they were never replaced. Called the lobby and they said most rooms have such problems. View from the room is boring. The glass with a view of the city from bedroom was dirty so it was hardly visible. The road outside the hotel gets flooded with rains for just 35 minutes preventing access to the hotel. The lobby and other areas are being renovated although at a smaller pace. I was there for more than a week, but felt like moving out all the time. Breakfast and other food services are very slow almost 40 minutes to serve a breakfast of toast and egg.

if you need to visit a embassy or the Makati Medical Center...you can walk. Good value for the money - nice spacious rooms, huge king size bed, good restaurant inside

Inte Nöjd...

Jag bodde två nätter på detta hotellet. Hotellet lever på gamla remisser. Lite slitet och halvt nergånget. Fogsläpp mellan kakel och klinkers plattor i badrummet. OTROLIGT LARVIG DYRT WIFI! på dessa två dagar så kostade wifi mer än under hela min månads resa i Filippinerna. och det var inte ens stabilt eller snabbt. Mycket besviken över detta. Dyrt och "lyxigt" hotell som gräver hutlösa priser för dåligt Wifi!!! kommer inte bo här igen!!!

Value for money. Breakfast included in the price and quite substantial with a choice of Filipino and American. Coffee amenities (sachets) limited so ask for more if need be.
