The room is pristine. It was a nice stay. Room is big and spacious.I like that we can cook our food. Utensils and kitchen ware are provided for you. Totally will comeback to this place. This is my second time checking in this place. And all i can i say I totally love it. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.

Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if thereā€™s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! The operator is also very considerate, almost forgot to mention that! you!

It was a decent condo! The only thing is there was not enough towels provided for the number of guests. No bathroom rugs, the water from the shower leaks all over the floor in the bathroom and makes the floor soaking wet. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! We were on the 9th floor this time around.

The property only provided us with 4 towels when I reserved it for 7 guests. There was no enough plates, utensils and cups to use. No hand soap provided. The bedsheet was dirty and stained with red and no extra sheets provided. The bathroom has a glass wall connecting to the main room without covers or blind or curtains and you can clearly see the person taking a shower inside, no privacy at all! But otherwise, the owner is easy to talk to and was helpful to an extent. Our room was on 10th floor.

No extra bedding for the sofa. No rug on the bathroom, with instructions not to use the towels on the floor. Previous person had not taken the garbage out. There's a clean up fee attached. No soap for dishes, are tourists expected to be traveling with dish soap? Definitely not set up properly. Outlets do not match the appliances so you have to remove from appropriate plug in, only one was available. When you ask the fron desk, you are requested to contact the host. Glad I did not have to pay extra to use the pool, like my previous stay. Pool was cloudy, not sure if it was because of the heat. Noisy. Renovations throughout the day and night. Building is not completed. Expedia had the wrong address, had strangers point us to the right spot. Book a typical hotel, the headaches were not worth it!

It was very difficult finding the right tower. When we finally found it and waited for 40 min we checked into our room and headed there a long distance come to find out that room was already booked. Now we had to carry all our bags all the way back to the receptionist to find out we were in the entire wrong building! After walking another considerable distance to the right building and another 40 min process some kids literal kids came to help us through the maze to find our room laughing the entire time. When we located the room the lights didnā€™t work so the kids said yea weā€™ll have to get that fixed! No towels, no soap, no toilet paper, and no water. Without the option to buy any! We were so exhausted by that time we just used the dark room. DEFINITELY NOT A PENTHOUSE!!

Ughhh weird place. Iā€™m not even sure what the place is called or what is the actual address (it certainly wasnā€™t the two different addresses we found online, although close). Only reason we found it is because of the exterior picture on the map. Whoever rated it as ā€œexcellentā€ must own the joint. TV didnā€™t work, wifi didnā€™t work, no signage, weak air con, and no airport shuttle - despite what the booking info described. Iā€™d be nicer and leave it that, but the staff seemed annoyed by me as well (except for the gentleman who showed us to our room).
