The inn is one of many in the countryside of southern Tuscany. It was a beautiful property and beautiful room. The service however was quite poor. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea. It became uncomfortable to interact with the staff.

Zimmer klein und dunkel. Nicht gerade dem Preis entsprechend. Restaurant nur am Wochenende geöffnet! Alternative: im Dörfchen Montemerano das Restaurant Passa Parola ist sehr empfehlenswert.
