Budget price but quality hotel.
We were on floor 12 of 18 floors. Lifts fast and spacious. Wasnt waiting long at all.
The room had a mini kitchen and dining area. We didnt need this but it was well equiped and organised.
Bathroom hand/body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided and very nice. Complimentary water in the fridge.
Breakfast was the best we have had!
Plenty of Gluten free options. Choice of eggs and omelettes made to order. Staff great nothing too much. Lot's of...

"I loved my two days at the Treehouse. The vibe is incredibly friendly. The location was perfect -- a block from the Cathedral square, the main shopping district, and Manchester Victoria station. There's this very cool, rustic theme that's part children's book, part farm house. I found it reallym and relaxing. The room was spotless and well-appointed, the gym was pristine, with great gear, and the bar/restaurant was great and never overwhelming. A+ stay."
