"This is our second time staying at the Heritage Resort and Spa. Loved it. It a great place to go if you want solitude, ocean views and air, and pleasant updated facilities. Its a really quiet place to get away from the city. The breakfast buffet which is complimentary really good, which a great variety of hot and continental dishes. We will come back again. Another nice touch, if your a chess or checker player is the large number of wood tables with a built in chess board. So you can drink wine and play chess by the ocean."

" After booking my room, and apparently not reading the details close enough, I come to discover that the English rooms are a bit different than normal. They have a shared bathroom in the hallway, meaning anyone who has an English room will be using the same toilet and shower in the hall. A very fun little surprise! There are multiple bathrooms, and even on a busy night, there was not once that the bathroom was occupied when I had to use it. They were also very clean and I felt very safe and comfortable using the shared bathroom, even though I was unsure at first. And yes, it is a private bathroom, very similar to one you’d have in your own home. The rooms were small, with no tv or any amenities other than a sink and small closet, but for a night or two that’s all you really need. However the door to the room that we had did not lock. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and novelty stores within walking distance from the hotel, however I wish that there was a convenience store of some sort, because the closest one is a 20 minute drive. Other than that, it was lovely and such a fun & unique experience for such a great price, with a beautiful view outlooking the ocean. You definitely should try this place!!"

"What a great place! We loved the stay here, the nice walk to the beach overlook was a great way to relax both at dusk and dawn. Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Of all our hotels on this trip (we stayed at 5 different ones), this place truly offered a "breakfast". Unbelievable selection that should have something for anyone. I didn't appreciate it at the time but again, after all the different places that offered "breakfast included", the Surf Inn was the only one that should be allowed to say that. Thank you for a great stay and making us feel welcomed!"

"The grounds were very cute and nice. The pool was warm. They had buttered popcorn when you walk in, major plus! And the breakfast buffet was really good! I was Very impressed by that. And the staff were all super nice and accommodating! Really great experience overall and would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area! "
