"Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. "I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"I visited the resort with my wife and my son (15yo). The resort is nice, the architecture is characteristic, small houses and not a big building. The room was too small for three persons. No gym (one treadmill out of order and few weights). The Valtur animation was good (good shows after dinner and activities during the day for teenagers). The beach (5-7 minutes walking) was too crowded, just a small area reserved to the resort. Two nice swimming pools, but they close at 6pm. The food was average, not bad but not really good. The worst part was the "All inclusive" concept, it was quite vague. Just soft drinks were included, no cocktails (7-10 Euro each), and even more strange, Coke was included but Diet Coke was not. Not recommended for people visiting expecting a real All-Inclusive. "
