"Blanca in front desk was amazing. Room 407 did not have blackout curtains and she was able to move me to a different room. Very understanding, also she promptly delivered extra towels to room. Afternoon front desk staff was not as welcoming and a bit rude. Hallways need some TLC, also carpet is outdated. ..."
