"Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year."

"Comfortable room, although very hot at night. At breakfast the hot water for the tea was only lukewarm and should be hotter. When I mentioned this to a member of staff they said I was wrong and that it was "boiling". It's not good service to say to a customer that they are wrong. Curiously on the ..."
