Small comment would be that the breakfast service could have done with a little more attentiveness. Always felt that something was missing at the table. Either a coffee mug, or a teaspoon, or sugar sachets. Hotel on a quiet street. No noise at night"

"The reception we got from staff, start to finish was outstanding! So friendly. The hotel itself was superb and we couldn’t fault it, clean, tidy and in the perfect location for all attractions. "My room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast had a good selection of food, as well as the option to order scrambled or poached eggs or an omelette. The location was great - right in the Three Cities, about a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and the ferry to Veletta, and a 10-minute walk to the stop for sight seeing buses. Many restaurants nearby as well. Note - the property doesn't have parking and doesn't have a 24/7 shuttle as advertised on Travelocity. It also has a lot of stairs, both to get to the front entrance and then to your room. Please make sure to only advertise what the hotel puts on their own website."

"Since the hotel is located on the side street, there’re some steps to getting down and up to: from the hotel. It’s very quiet but 10 mins walk to Republic Square. Many restaurants and busy area nearby. The room we stayed has a tiny window which can’t see anything or use it properly. So the room is dark and no fresh air. Air conditioning is needed in this case. It’s quiet and cool. Good selection of breakfast. Very friendly staff. "
