"Nice simple room and nice big beach in front with payable beds, parasols with lockers. However it was busy with stag do's etc on the front. Good cheap spritz cocktails at the hotel by the pool and at the bar on the beachfront. Easy to get into Palma and airport. I was staying near the stairs and found it noisy throughout the night when people were coming back from parties etc so I didnt sleep well the whole trip. Also I was startled when someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night...

"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. "Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

"The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The aircon didn't work well and the shower gel had run out, but they sorted out the latter and had a go at the former. No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. The worst for us was how far the hotel was from everything (Palma and the beach) and the fact there weren't any nice restaurants nearby."
