"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. "Great property in an excellent location. The building has a lot of history and character that has been maintained in a beautiful way. Rooms are gorgeous although they need to upgrade their clothing hangers to accommodate items beyond men’s shirts. Staff was very helpful overall. Breakfast was decent although they make you make your own coffee which doesn’t feel very 5 star. AC was extremely reliable in the room during a major heat wave. We would absolutely stay here again."
