"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. "Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something.
