"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "I made the booking on behalf of a disabled mother and her 2 twin daughters in my role as her trustee using funds from her disabled person trust fund. I complaint immediately at arrival, the situation got worse when the host accused the guest of trashing the caravan without any evidence and refused to refund the deposit.
