"On a eu besoin de joindre notre assurance par téléphone (au Canada, appel à frais virés)et avons demandé de l'aide à la réception. On nous a répondu que ce n'était pas possible de l'hôtel, aucune aide apportée, débrouillez-vous! On va simplement s'en rappeler et ne jamais retourner à cet hôtel."
