Comfortable & good value for money

Generally, we had a good stay here. Clean hotel, comfort beds with adequate amenities including a hot & cold water dispenser on every floor. Just to note that the outer rooms with windows are smaller compared to the inner windowless rooms - so take your pick or rely on your luck of the draw (especially if they're fully occupied). Located 15-20 minutes drive away from the famous tourist spots, it's easy to get to if you have your own transportation and easily accessible from the PLUS north-south highway. To get an authentic taste of local fare, head to the bustling local food court & wet market especially in the mornings and weekends. It's just 5 minutes walk. Overall, this hotel offers value for money.

The staff at check-in desk were very nice. Location is near workshops so one around on the weekends. One block away there are several small restaurants.

初めて宿泊しました。ゴルフに行くのに便利な場所で探しました。ゴルフ場には程々に近くてまあ便利な場所です。しかし市内中心には車で15分から20分程かかります。部屋はまあまあ綺麗、それほど広くは無い。冷蔵庫は一応あったが全く冷えないので、買ってきた飲み物がいい感じにぬるくなって使い物にならない冷蔵庫でした。

Comfortable and clean.

It was comfortable to stay there. The room and bathroom were clean. Toiletries were provided. Not far from the hotel in Bukit Baru was food stalls which sell very tasty mee basah( wet noodles) and satay which starts business around 7pm

Nice hotel for a reasonable price

Had a good time staying at this hotel, stayed in a King suit, room is clean and spacious, even got an iron with a board.Need to improve on the staff friendliness and the bathtub is not properly clean (water become yellow when filled in).

Good hotel value for money

I've booked for premier executive room. However, upon check in I was informed my booking has been made under double room by the staff. I was disappointed about this issue. The staff offered a downgrade of the room with refund of rm20 and maintain the inclusion of breakfast with the package. Although the difference just the bathtub and breakfast but i hope this should not happen again as I was already been charged for the fees.

Overall a pleasant stay

We got a family suite and the room was big and spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. There was a stale smell though and the room was a bit dusty when we first walked in but once we turned on the air cond we didnt notice the smell as much. The hot water and hair dryer doesn't really work but we didn't bother to inform reception as it was pretty refreshing to shower in cold water due to the hot weather. The staffs at reception were friendly and willing to help if we have any problems. Location was pretty good as it's near Sin Hoe Garden hawker ctr/market and there is a fruit store in front of the hotel as well as a 7/11 nearby. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

The hotel service was excellent.It was at the Heart of Melaka town.Walking distance to all the tourist attractions.Room service was good.Bathroom was is a good shape.The shower head was giving abit of a problem.
