Stay away from this property, from the start of the check in process, things went south real fast. They made us wait 2 hours just to be checked in, only to get a room that reeked of cigarette room with UNCHANGED beddings (the odour of the previous guest still lingered on them). Hallways are littered with garbage, I’ve even seen an old dirty mattress against the wall. The showers had a problem with low pressure and inadequate hot water. The worst part of it all is that they list it as being around 16 minutes away from the haram but that walk close to 30 mins. It is really far. We were suppose to stay for around 4 nights but checked out after the first night and instead rented another place. Strongly disappointed as I’ve had very good experiences at Wyndham at various locations across the globe. But this was a nightmare. The only bright side was that we managed to get some portion of our money back and manager apologized for the bad service. Save yourself the headache and do not stay here.
Only good thing is the location, rest was all bad.
The only good thing about this hotel was that it was somewhat close to Haram and very very close to Saptco bus terminal. Everything else wasn't upto any standard. First they gave me wrong room which stunk bad and things were broken in the bathroom. But they fixed this issue for me and gave me a room that i had originally booked. Nothing fancy about this place. Internet supposedly works only in the lobby so lobby is always busy. Breakfast was very average too.
It was somewhat disappointing.
Over all stay was good and the manager of this hotel Mr Ahmed Abdul was very nice and very helping nature. Only thing which was bother was little cleanness need to change bed cover and replace bath towels.

umrah trip
Room had leak from roof and toilet, had maintenance fix that, then found window wouldn’t shut and room was very noisy all night due to traffic , in morning couldn’t use shower as it was blocked.
Lifts were super busy, took over 30 just to get on.
Like labor accommodation not four star hotel
Check in time three hours
Room not clean, spot on sheets
Disaster experience
Expedia should take out this hotel from their list

Close to Al Haram
No Wifi except near the reception desk at the main floor.
Customer service should be improved and number of people be more not only 2 bz this is for ummrah and hajj so its alwaus buzy

The location is good and staff are friendly,
This is my second trip here at the same hotel. I stayed 5 nights twin sharing room only without breakfast at Ramada Dar Al Fayzeen for Ramadan. This hotel is very near to Masjidil Haram and its only 10 mins walk to the main mosque entrance
Rooms are clean and big with coffee making and refrigerator facilities. Nothing is faulty. Facilities beside the hotel also full of good restaurants without the need to walk so far to find food. Money changer is also across the road.
The price per room per night is the best , cheapest and good value for money from Hotels.com website especially for peak period for last 10 days of ramadan . I would come again to Ramada Dar Al Fayzeen.
