"I think this hotel is over priced. Alhamdulillah I’ve had the opportunity to stay in many Makkah hotels and this by far was the toughest to get to the the breakfast was terrible. 1. Trying to get to this hotel via clock tower, there was only limited lifts that would go to p5 which made it very difficult to get to through the clock tower however if you use the entrance/ exit through ibraheem khalil road you will be fine going up and down. 2. Breakfast felt like it was left overs from dinner from the night before I.e providing curry’s etc…I understand this is intercontinental breakfast but they don’t have much of a range and I kind of lived off the cheese. Overall it wasn’t a bad hotel in terms of stay and cleanliness but was really priced too high…I have stayed in other hotels in the clock tower and did not encounter these issues. This was a bit more expensive and I thought I would be getting more for my money hit in actual fact I got less for more money!"

"Room is clean. Staff was always very helpful. Access to the clock tower malls and food courts from inside the hotel lobby. And the Haram is in walking distance. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Voco. It was perfect. The breakfast buffet was really good. The shuttle service to the masjid was not bad but we preferred to walk from the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again. "
