Very nice Staff and corporate very well. Fast check in even it was so crowded. Shuttle bus available within 7mins to Ghaza then walking anothe 7mins to Haram OutYard. Room is cleaning everyday too. Washing machine provided evry floors. Only the lift is really desprate to catch up & down as always fullll capacity!! WIFI is FAST VERY EXCELLENT

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a 24-day stay but left around day 17–18 because I simply couldn’t tolerate the conditions anymore. I changed rooms FOUR times because almost every room had serious problems. The bathrooms smelled disgusting, and one room’s smell was so unbearable it woke me up in the middle of the night. Even the last room still smelled like sewage, but I didn’t even bother complaining again because I knew it would lead to another confrontation. The elevators were constantly overcrowded, with guests pushing and shoving to get inside. The male receptionists were equally disappointing. Whenever I reported even basic problems caused by their own hotel, they acted annoyed and looked at me as if I should just get out of their reception. They brought up my ethnicity and made me feel judged and unwelcome. I’m Turkish and travelled from Canada, and their attitude was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. I lost approximately $400 in prepaid hotel money for nights I never stayed, separate from the money I paid for the nights I actually stayed. I also paid another $300 to change my flight. It was worth it just to escape. Disgusting rooms, unprofessional staff, zero accountability. I strongly advise anyone visiting Mecca for Umrah to think twice before booking here. NEVER again.

The bus shuttle not good and not reliable,its take 40 to 45 minutes to get hotel. Sometimes no bus then nedd to take taxi to get to al haram.

They never came to change our sheets or towels during our 5 days stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The wifi is trash.

Staff were extremely helpful however this hotel was overcrowded. You can wait for an hour for an elevator to take you up to your room reception area overcrowded elevator noise would not stop all night long very inconvenient.

Took one hr an half for front desk staff to check us in , he had a zero knowledge of english , could not find my reservation and was taking his sweet time solving the situation, internet in my room was down most of the times and very slow when it was available

I stayed 9 nights here...the location is decent as it's around 10-15 minutes in the car. However, this hotel is plagued with problems. PS. One of the staff members (housekeeping) insisted on leaving a review for the hotel so here goes... Staff and Hotel: - Limited English spoken by receptionist and most staff - Restaurant and other facilities are not actually available, but advertised - Staff lounging about in corridors playing music, having loud conversations when guests are in their rooms (they should use a separate staff break-out area to have their breaks). - Reception are very slow to respond (most of the time) Guests: - Most are uncouth and extremely impolite. On more than one occasion, guests were banging on my door thinking I was someone else (I guess they were just going around banging on all the doors until they found their friend). - The lifts are mostly filled up straightaway after prayers, and there's usually shouting in the hallway from guests who don't know how to behave. The hotel must take responsibility for this and manage guests more effectively. Shuttle Bus Service: - It can take a good 1 hour to catch a shuttle bus back to the hotel after Isha. Lots of locals are randomly jumping on the shuttle bus and it's absolute chaos. Guests at the hotel are kept waiting for the next one, or you can settle for being squashed like a pancake in the existing shuttle bus. - The drivers are incredibly rude and uncouth. Terrible manners who treat guests like cattle.
