"Our stay was fine. The hotel is located within Makkah Towers and has easy accessibility to the Haram. Our check-in was made very pleasant because of Hayaa Al-Fadha. She was so hospitable and welcoming."

"I booked one room with large twin bed but I was given a room with 4 small beds. The room was not clean and smells very bad. The beds were too small. The mattress was so thin.there was no towels and I went to reception to get. They said they will bring it in one hour and never did it. The bottom line is that I did not get what I requested at all."

"The staff was disrespectful as they called at 9:00 AM, reminding me about checkout. I don't understand what kind of awareness that is if they call you before checkout time. I understand if it's after 12:00 PM, but I have never experienced anything like this with other hotels."
