"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, strategic location, well maintained rooms. My only concern was the 3 day room service policy, 2 days would seem more fair to get a fresh set of towels/toiletries, but it makes up with the good value of the room. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel"

"Love the hotel. Staff extremely helpful, great pool area and gym. My only complaint is the rooms have an odd smell to them. Not an unclean-scent, but strange chemical smell."

"The facility is an older facility. However, it has a functional gym and swimming pool. I never availed of the massage, facials, pedicures, and manicures, but the people rave over them! The location is centrally situated to provide the consumer with the best experiences that Makati has to offer!"

"On one hand the hotel has a luxury element and feel to it, but on the other hand it feels like it's now in need of a few basic maintenance needs after a few years - my shower leaked and the safe was a bit unpredictable on whether it would work, I think there was a faulty electrical connection. Staff were friendly and the things I like about this place, I really like, but there might be better value options in the immediate area."

"Everything is incredible except for some electrical sockets in our room needed replacements or upgrade. Breakfast is really outstanding! Our room cleaner (forgot his name) was also outstanding Forgot to ask if the hotel accepts senior citizens discount. We will be back!"
