โรงแรมใกล้สวนมาจอแรล, มาร์ราเกช

"We really loved our stay here in a comfortable, hotel-like room. The hotel feels very modern compared to riads in the medina. It was nice that you can get dropped off or picked up right outside the riad, unlike in the media. The staff were friendly and were kindly available for a late-evening check-in. The location is fantastic, in a newer part of Marrakesh, near local attractions and restaurants, ATMs, etc. The area has a more local feel. It would be great to provide water in the rooms - though...

"Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!"

"Dépaysement total dans cette magnifique endroit. On ne s’attend vraiment pas à cela en s’y rendant, mais vous y trouverez un endroit merveilleux."

"As someone fortunate enough to have traveled for most of my life, I can easily say this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. The moment you step through the door of this beautifully restored 17th-century Riad, the noise of the city completely fades away into an atmosphere of timeless opulence, history, and style. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and rich with original architectural details. The staff were exceptional—especially the owner, who personally gave us a private tour...

"The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The taxi was unable to come to the door but Mohammed came to meet me and walk me to the Riad. It is in a local neighborhood but not with in the Medina. Mohammed got me a taxi to the Medina ans came and found me when I got lost returning. I would caution solo women travellers- the location is tricky to find."

"Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Çözüm odaklı"

"Everything about this riad was perfect, from the friendly, helpful staff to the lovely, well-maintained rooms. Private meal service is available, too, offering delicious home cooking. Travelers should note that it's about a 15-minute walk to the central areas of the medina. This is important if you're planning to stay out past about 9 p.m., since the gates to the central area close and options for walking back are limited."

"The Riad looks like it was a great place but something bad happened to it few months ago. First of all after arranging pickup from tha airport, noone was waiting for us. Riad's reaction when we finally arrived, was even more surprising questioning us, and telling us that they were expecting us to contact them. When showing the phone and many calls we tried to make to contact them, we were told thet number that is on their page and in the email signature is long time not in use. At the end had to...

"Property is here unique but you need a travel guide to help you find the property very difficult to find very dark at night to navigate and they tried your additional fees before you leave. They never tell you in the beginning when you book with Expedia it says you pay no more fees and then when you’re leaving, they tell you you owe them a certain amount."

"Staff was super pleasant, always kind and going above and beyond. Unforgettable stay!"

"Tout l’ensemble du personnel du Riad est très serviable et d’une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance. Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension et les repas étaient délicieux et très copieux. On a put profiter du jacuzzi qui était le bienvenu après une journée de marche dans la médina et celle-ci se finissait par un dîner au Riad sans le souci pour trouver où se restaurer le soir. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Ysalis pour votre accueil."

"BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. The staff were so kind and accommodating"

"The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. The...

"Staff was very friendly and supportive"

"This was a warm and welcoming place to end my last day in Marrakech. Tariq was very helpful with bags, taxi and being hospitable. He was a bit forward at times."
