"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, the staff member was not the friendliest, which set the tone for the stay. I had booked this room two months in advance and specifically requested that it be decorated to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. To my disappointment, nothing had been arranged upon arrival. After submitting feedback 24 hours later, I was approached by the same staff member while I was leaving the property in the elevator. At that point, it felt too late and more like an attempt to address the situation because of my feedback rather than a proactive effort to make things right. While discussing the matter with another staff member, he was extremely obnoxious and did not follow up on what he had committed to. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. On our last day, we finally spoke with the property manager, who did arrange something special in the room. I genuinely appreciate his apology and his effort to rectify the situation created by his team. The room itself was clean, but it definitely felt lived in, with noticeable wear and tear. Overall, I’m not sure this experience lived up to the 5-star standard I’m accustomed to. "

"Do not stay here! Was awful, had a pool closed. No sunbeds or towels. And in addition the service took ages, 1 situation was 2 hours to get a bottle of water! 100% not a 5*! AVOID! "

"Thomas was great host and check in was smoothless. Only issue I had was my driver was not there for pickup- my flight was delayed so he did not pay attention to my flight being late-caused a bit of stress for me but I managed to get a taxi to the villa. Hotel is beautiful! Thomas was there if I needed anything- gave great advice on hotels, where to get taxi etc. Toufik the night guard there was amazing! I enjoyed our evening daily catch ups very much! They were lovely. Location is perfect! It's to close to the souks and not to far 20 dihrams by taxi and I am right there. I loved it for me. Only thing I would add here is amenities. There were none. Only body wash and I was here 5 nights. We need more in the room so consider adding that for sure, hair dryer should be in all rooms too, so basic things like that is important for travelers especially in this city of Marrakech. Also, add a light outside the door for safety purposes for evening- easier when woman is walking alone. I would definitely stay here again!"
