Love the staff and condition of the rooms. The cleaning staff was great. Location was perfect for us. Only complaint are about the beds. They are rock hard. Very uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner would only turn in hot. Would not cool or regulate itself. So we kept it off the entire week.
Had to wait 30 mins to check in as only one member of staff serving. Not looking forward to checkout this morning.
Great 4* hotel. Perfect location, geat service. Hotel is very clean. There is underground parking and metro to center of Seville is 100 m away.
