"Everything that the inn had to offer was amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Our only one concern was the smokers that were below our room on the patio. They were there both nights until 11pm. Our room windows let the smoke in, so we had to close them and the room got hot and it took a long time for the smell to clear. Lovely setting and we would definitely come again."

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"

"When I made the booking, the Expedia website stated that check-in was from 12:00 noon. Before travelling, I sent a message to the hotel advising that I expected to arrive at approximately 12:00 noon. The hotel replied, confirming that this would not be a problem. I arrived at the hotel at approximately 12:15 pm on 11 August. I was then informed by the member of staff that I could not check in until 2:00 pm unless I paid an additional £20 for an early check-in. I explained that Expedia stated...

"Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings."

"New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby. Still need to fix some teething problems - coffee pods and machine provided weren’t matched, no air conditioning in the room (we stayed during a heat wave - electric fan kindly...
