This property is very recommendable. It is very clean. The food is done with love. The employees are very attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately, the infrastructure (e.g. beaches) is not really usable due to religious reasons. Burning waste in the neighborhood sometimes causes odor problems. Combustion should also be optimized here for environmental reasons (this is a task for the local public administration). Overall, the accommodation is definitely worth recommending. The aforementioned restrictions are just points to make your stay even more optimal and enjoyable

We liked the fact that the property is next to the beach, however they forgot to book our boat from the airtport to Liberty and they did not arrange alternative accomodation while we waited for the afternoon boat. After providing an offer for one excursion they were not proactive in offering other activities. While we understand the issue of poor logistics in getting food to the island, food quality was poor and lacked variety. I would give it one star. I will not be a repeat custumer.

The only reason I did not give an overall excellent for this property is the food. Breakfast and lunch were excellent but sometimes the dinners were less than great. There was no choice only what was cooked on the night. Also it could be because as a westerner I am used to only the best boneless cuts of meat, but on occasion the meat was inedible due to bones and gristle. A shame because the flavours were very good and the staff were excellent. For future reference a description of the food would be useful. If I was to return to this venue I would probably only eat vegetarian. The island itself was quite small (not a criticism) and easy to walk around, the people were quite friendly. Overall I would say this property fit in the backpackers / divers niche. As I was not looking for the usual Maldives experience this was an advantage for me. The only issue as far as the accommodation was concerned is that my bed linens did not appear to be changed the whole 2 weeks I was there, but I could be mistaken if the sheets were washed then put back on the same day. The private beach at the property was wonderful and very private - I had it all to myself for my whole visit. Didn’t worry me that I had to be covered from neck to knee for religious reasons but would not recommend swimming in your beach cover up. The public beach at the other end of the island (10 / 15 minutes walk) did not look all that well kept so I only went for a look once and then stayed on my private beach.

The real Maldives

I stayed here for 4 days just after they reopened from the Pandemic 2020 nightmare we all experienced, so my experience is limited. However, the place is nice and very reasonably priced. It gives you an authentic experience of an out-island in the Maldives. The service by the staff, from Mr. Zala on down, was excellent and everyone was accommodating. The meals were good, but if I had any criticism of the guest house is that I would have liked to have had more variety with the meals. I recommend this place highly.

Best experience

I was a solo female traveler who stayed at the Liberty guest house a few days ago. Everything was super good there. the staff were super nice and friendly. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable bed with daily maid service. It was worth staying there and I highly recommend. The location was very nice, and is on the beach with the sunrise and good location for snorkeling. I am a vegetarian and was surprised every time with vegetarian dishes just for me. He who was a chef there prepared separate vegetarian food for me. I was super happy about it and very grateful. there are many activities worthwhile. The staff who took care of the activities were very responsible and friendly. I always felt safe with them. They always asked if everything was good with me. The entire staff categories were very friendly and responsible. I was surprised by the entire staff who arranged a birthday event for me and was over happy for it. If I go back the Maldives, I will certainly stay there again.

評価が良かったのでこのホテルを選びました。結果的に評価の良さはスタッフのサービス精神と暖かいお出迎えだったのがよく分かりました。相乗りスピードボートでマレのセイロインバンク前の乗り場から1時間半、往復70ドルで金曜も運行してましたが、深夜に到着の場合マレに一泊しなければなりません。他のゲストはイタリア人やスウェーデンの方でアジア人は私達家族のみ。毎日無人島やサンドバンクに行きシュノーケルして亀に遭遇、マンタシュノーケルでは沢山のマンタと同時にジンベイザメも見ることが出来ました。飽きることがないオプションのエクスカーションがあります。エクスカーションも他のリゾートに比べたら安いと思いました。スタッフ全員が7歳の子供にも大変よくサポートしてくれて、主人がダイビング中も私達は無人島でのんびりしてそこにダイビングが終わった主人が合流したり、ホテルがダイビングショップ併設、ボートも何台か所有してる為色々なアレンジが出来ます。食事は毎食パスタやモルディブ カレーなど日本人にも合う食事でした。 シャワーも暖かいお湯がきちんと出ますが、少し水圧が弱いですが気にならない程度です。ホテル目の前のビーチはビキニ禁止、綺麗で魚も沢山いましたがカラスがいました。夜には満天の星と沢山の蟹がいました。 プライベートビーチも少し歩けばあるらしいです。 レストランらしいレストランも島にはあまりなく食事は施設で食べることを前提にしていた方が良いかもしれません。時期によってはホテル近くの港から10分でマンタのシュノーケルポイントらしいです。ホテルに英語でメッセージを送ってもきちんとすぐに返信してくれた事も評価のポイントでした。 アルコールは飲めませんが近くのリゾートまで行くと飲めるのでリゾートに行くエクスカーションもありました。 また行きたいです。

ネットサーフィンしてたら偶々見つけました。正月にも関わらず格安でしたので駄目もとで決定。家族で2W滞在しました。マレーの空港側に一泊、船着場までタクシー、小さなフェリーで1.5Hで別世界です。リゾートではありません。ビーチハウス、ダイビングハウスです。海とオーナー、スタッフとの触れ合いは最高です。地元民の方々の中にあるため、アルコール、ビキニはご法度なのが残念。

Well priced on the beach

Great for the money - maldives island on the beach guesthouse. All activities were well priced $30-60 for reef hopping, night snorkel. We didn’t see any whale sharks though. Staff were really friendly local guys - it was nice to support a local business rather than the big international resorts. Food was basic but fine. Good mix of like-minded fellow guests

Nada é de graça!

Olha esse lugar aqui vou contar uma coisa pra vcs, eles tentaram engrupir a gente de todo jeito..., a gente pediu um almoço assim que chegamos e o rapaz que serviu a gente já trouxe uma garrafa de água aberta sem a gente ter pedido nada. No final cobraram dois dólares por essa água (que custa cerca de 30 cents no mercadinho da esquina). Depois, no jantar, compramos uns peixes de uns pescadores no cais da ilha, 7 peixes já limpos por 5 dólares (eles queriam 14 dólares em um peixe deles). Chegamos com os peixes, perguntei quanto era pra gente cozinhar, eles se ofereceram pra fazer por 5 dólares. Até ai tudo bem, até descobrir que na realidade depois o cozinheiro queria cobrar 4 dólares por CADA um dos peixes que a gente mesmo levou. Com muito custo e diálogo conseguimos entrar no acordo e honraram o valor original de 5 dólares pra que eles cozinhassem pra nós, nossos próprios peixes. Depois ficaram todos os 3 da cozinha olhando a gente comer, meio que loucos pra tirar logo os talheres, nada de deixar a gente à vontade. Nas Maldivas nada é de graça, consulte TUDO se tem preço antes de aceitar uma oferta pra não se meter em uma encrenca maior depois. No fim a hospedagem foi OK, nada demais...

一人旅で一週間程泊まらせて頂きました。1日目と２日目頃からジワジワと味のある景色とスタッフの皆様の連携がとても気持ちがよく　帰る頃は　異様に寂しくて　帰りたくないよう・・・って叫ぶ自分がいました。リゾート地ではないのに　すぐ目の前がビーチで夜のお月様をいつまでも浜辺で飽きない時間を過ごせるってなかなかないと思います。また必ず戻ってきたいと思わせる素敵なリバティゲストハウスでした。最高でした。

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit einem guten Restaurant und gutem Personal. Die Touren sind gut organisiert. Leider werfen die Bewohner der Insel immer noch ihren Müll direkt am Strand ins Meer oder verbrennen ihn am Strand. Zum Schnorcheln, Schwimmen oder Tauchen muss man auf die Nachbarinsel, sonst macht es keinen Spass.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico grazie al personale di questa Guest House. Si nono sempre fatti in 4 per soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio, sia in fatto di escursioni,sia in ambito culinario. Stanze pulite. Unico neo è stata una leggerezza nello scambio di mail iniziale dove Enzo non si è reso conto che il nostro volo per ripartire era troppo presto perché sostassimo l’ultima sera alla Liberty Guest House come previsto, quindi abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza di un giorno, praticamente senza preavviso.

Merveilleux séjour au Liberty Guest House

Nous avons séjourné huit merveilleuses nuits au Liberty Guest House, à l’accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel est très attentionné et adorable. Les chambres sont relativement spacieuse et propre. Nous avons adoré les repas de Yousuf et de son équipe. Le staff qui s’occupe des plongées et des excursions est au top. N. Hésitez surtout pas à faire des sorties avec l’hotel. Séjours plus que génial. On recommande à 200%.

Gutes Gästehaus

Es handelt sich um eine Gästehaus auf einer der von Einheimischen bewohnten Insel. D.h. es ist keine der reinen Resortinseln für ausländischen Touristen. Daher gibt es Einschränkungen, wie die Badekleidung und teilweise Müll auf den Stränden. Man kann aber direkt an den Stränden Riffe zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Das Gästehaus ist relativ neu und gut in Schuss, die Angestellten geben sich viel Mühe und sind sehr freundlich. Man kann schöne Touren buchen. Es gibt einmal täglich nachmittags eine Schnellfähre von Malé für 35 USD pro Strecke und Person. Das Essen ist OK und preiswert kann aber nicht mit einem Resort verglichen werden.
