"Nice staff, happy atmosphere, feels like it had a lot more services years ago, so feels like it's half used... that said it's not trying to be anything it isn't, rooms clean, bed comfortable and sheets and towels cleaned everyday and location just off main road help with noise levels "

"We loved our stay here. We had a private room and it is in a great location (if you enjoy to party at night). We were super impressed in the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning was perfect. it kept the room cool but was not loud. I would highly recommend Bans Avenue Guest house but be aware that it is right beside bars that play loud music so maybe not the best place if you are a light sleeper. The staff are super friendly and helpful and i would definetly book again!"

"The ocean view was absolutely incredible. The grounds are stunning and the staff is exceptional. We had a wonderful time staying here. There are many stairs, so be prepared for this each day. This place does require a motorbike, otherwise you will be spending a lot on taxis. The road is steep at places so experienced riders are better. "

"This place rocked. Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice, clean, and comfortable room. The pools are beautiful. All of the food and drinks we had there were excellent and very reasonably priced. All around great. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Koh Tao"
