"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where even next door, besides that, would I stay there again, yes we would.
