Centrally located apartment
Apartment is located in a very good location, in the middle of shopping area and close to the metro station. Rooms are a little bit small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Muy contenta en general con la ubicación, muy céntrico el lugar, muy limpio y de facil acceso. El check in fue muy rapido y la salida aún mas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo pues estas cerca de todo.

The only complaint I have is that I had to enter all passport information manually over my phone . And because I don’t have phone service in Spain. I had to walk from store to store and ask if someone can let me use the WiFi. It was a pain.

Great location to get to hot spots. Check in was a little confusion as it Said there is a front desk but the desk is not at the actual site of apartment. But it all worked out.

Purtroppo ci hanno lasciato sotto la pioggia senza comunicazioni al check in. La struttura non è quella delle foto. Non so chi abita sopra l’appartamento ma hanno fatto confusione tutte le sere fino a tardi . La casa sembrava pulita e comunque il posto è strategico.

Lyt lejlighed, men med god beliggenhed
God beliggenhed og god kommunikation. Meget lyt lejlighed, hvor man kan høre alle rør og apparater i bygningen. Ingen udsigt overhovedet. Overboer holdte fest lørdag og søndag så vi fik ikke sovet. Godt kaffested 50 meter nede af gaden. Stedet vinder på beliggenheden men jeg vil ikke selv vende tilbage.

Despite good location, Not recommended
For starters, instructions to access the apartment were wrong (and only in Spanish). The water kettle didnt work. There were no instructions how to use kitchen appliances (induction stovetop was hard to turn on). The bathroom lacked shelving or unit to place toletries. There wasnt even a trashbin. One bedroom had no closet or dresser to put belongings, and both bed springs/mattresses were basic. Walls are thin and you can hear conversations/toilet flushing from adjacent apartments. It is listed as accommodating 6, but we were cramped with 4 (only 4 chairs for the kitchen table). Support is nonexistent as no one responds to questions via text, and there is phone number that nobody answered. We went to the "24 hour service" near the apartment, and a woman named Desta said she couldn't do anything for us and there was no supervisor or manager available. She said someone would call, but no one did. We do not recommend.

Pagué un extra adicional por un alojamiento en esta compañía con mejores condiciones, con cama doble y sofá cama en el salón en vez de uno más básico con camas individuales, al llegar nos encontramos con un apartamento solamente con una habitación con dos camas juntas que juntaban con una sábana grande para aparentar una cama doble, sin sofa y con aspecto mas antiguo del que muestran en las imágenes. Digamos que me cobraron un extra por una mejora en mi habitación y no tuve ninguna mejora, es más me dieron lo que tenían suelto. No recomiendo este lugar ni está gestión aunque tenga buena ubicación.

Absolutely terrible communication. The rental was not ready for check in time. Called the host several times and no answer..the list of bad things is too long..it was a big mistake renting this unit. Never again with self check in

The worst was check in. We spent an hour and a half after check in time standing in front of locked door to get thr instructions on how to get in. Btw, there were two more couples having the same problem. Finally we've got email. We stayed fo 9 nights. There for we should've get one cleaning service in the middle. However we found it out accidently 2 days before depature. A couple of small things. Renting apartment with kitchen, one would expect cutting board, kitchen towels, something to hold hot pots.

Una propiedad con una ubicación increíble , con acceso a pie a La Gran via! Inmejorable. Limpio , súper amplio y con todo lo que requieres para una estadía corta o larga (recibidor , cocina y recámara ). El concepto a tomar en cuenta que es más bien el concepto de Airbnb. No hay recepción y debes esperar a las 3 pm a que te dejen entrar y no hay quien te resguarde la maleta como lo haría un hotel (en la plataforma dan a entender que es un hotel ).
