We felt personally cared for by the staff from the time our bags were brought in from the taxi to the time we departed! We were grateful for the recommendations for meals and the clear subway help (including printout of directions and red travel card to use). When our room was ready, we were notified at the pool, which was incredible! Bryan (Red Sox fan) went above and beyond! We felt like family more than guests! Thank you!!!

Very convenient, there are many shops and restaurants around. The hotel staffs can speak English well and very helpful. We kept our luggages at the hotel after check-out, and the staff arranged the taxi for us to the airport.
